The mother of NBA star Dwight Howard’s son wants the judge in their custody case removed stat … because she claims he has it out for women who have children out of wedlock with NBA stars.
Royce Reed is battling Dwight in court in an effort to retain primary custody of their son. Dwight filed docs earlier this month to try and wrangle custody from her … claiming she interferes with his relationship with their son and makes it difficult for him to see the boy on his scheduled days.
The “Basketball Wives” star came back this week with a motion of her own … to have Judge Tim Shea taken off the case. She claims he has a bias against baby mamas and she fears he may side with Dwight because he’s a local celebrity.
In her filing, Reed claims Shea wouldn’t let her present her side during a court hearing last month. Reed’s lawyer also filed an affidavit saying that during the hearing, Judge Shea said he would award Howard custody, then decided to delay his decision … despite the fact no evidence had been presented.
Reed also claims there might be a conflict of interest since Shea’s own website lists one of Howard’s lawyers, Mayanne Downs, as one of his endorsers (see below).

The owner of a professional sports franchise has a number of responsibilities and decision to juggle on a daily basis. It’s not uncommon for the work to spill over into an owner’s home life, either. But Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob got himself in a mess when he signed off on the trade of star guard Monta Ellis to Milwaukee.
Ellis was traded Wednesday along with Epke Udoh and Kwame Brown to the Milwaukee Bucks for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson. Trades are part of the sport and a reminder that it’s a business. A reminder that was a bit more cruel for Lacob and his fiancee, Nicole Curran. It turns out Lacob’s future wife had become friends with Ellis’ wife. And Lacob surely understands, as Ellis was a favorite player of his.
But asked after the trade about the situation, Lacob pulled no punches.
A$AP ROCKY & THE ASAP MOB GET INTO IT WITH AUDIENCE MEMBERS AT SXSW
A brawl broke out between rapper A$AP Rocky and his crew against a drunken crowd at the SXSW music festival.
Spinner.com, reports that Rocky had about a dozen A$AP Mob members onstage at a Vice party. When one of the crew members had his do-rag swiped while stage-diving, the concert was stopped while the Mob demanded the do-rag back.
A crowd member responded by throwing a can of beer on stage, hitting one of the crew members. Rocky attempted to diffuse the situation. But after another beer can was thrown on stage, Rocky warned against throwing anything else, or there would be consequences.
After more items were thrown, Rocky and the A$AP Mob jumped into the crowd, fighting. Several audience members engaged them in a brawl.
This isn’t Rocky’s first incident, as the rapper and his crew allegedly vandalized a stage in Fader Fort and jumped a stage hand last year, sending him away in an ambulance.

GEORGE CLOONEY ARRESTED DURING PROTEST
George Clooney and at least one congressmen were arrested Friday outside of the Sudanese embassy in Washington D.C. The arrests were anticipated and part of the actor’s effort to draw attention to the humanitarian crisis in Sudan.
The actor, his father and politicians were protesting the country’s blockade of supplies and humanitarian aide. Clooney was reportedly handcuffed and placed in the back of a police cab.
“They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children,” Clooney’s publicist said in a statement published by TMZ. “They were demanding they allow humanitarian aid into the country before it becomes the largest humanitarian crisis in the world.”

Mike D’Antoni has resigned as coach of the New York Knicks, sources confirmed to ESPN Wednesday.
D’Antoni’s resignation was first reported by Yahoo! Sports.
The Knicks (18-24) have hit a tailspin in the last two weeks, losing six straight and seven of eight to fall six games below .500 and into a tie for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
New York had high expectations coming into this season with Carmelo Anthony, Amare Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler on the roster. After struggling through the first six weeks, though, the Knicks went 8-1 in a nine-game stretch in mid-February on the strength of point guard Jeremy Lin, who electrified both the fan base and his teammates after being claimed off waivers in late December.

ALLEN PARK, Mich. — The Detroit Lions have made Calvin Johnson the highest-paid receiver in the NFL, signing the star known as Megatron to a new eight-year contract worth up to $132 million.
The team announced the signing Wednesday, the second day of NFL free agency. The player’s agent, Bus Cook, said the deal is worth $60 million guaranteed if Johnson plays all eight years through the 2019 season.
